Some milk, some cream, some butter, some fruits, some chocolate, some sugar...
All these good products catch our biggest attention for our creations.

Our quality department has a high level of requirement.
Daily monitoring to insure an irreproachable result.
It allowed us to get the ISO 22000 certification which is an international standard, concerning the food safety.
At Ardélice, we don't use artificial aroma, we don't use "identical nature" aroma, we use only natural aroma for our desserts.
Our pastries don't contain any artificial colouring agents.

We persist in looking for traditional recipes and contemporary ideas to meet all customer's needs.
We devote time for Research and Development to achieve constant innovation and renew our pastries.
These values permitted to receive the SIAL Innovation award in 2014 for our pastry lollipops.
